Arhar Dal

Ingredients
- 1 Cup Arhar Dal (170 gm).
- 2 Tomatos.
- 1 Onion.
- 3 tbsp Oil.
- 3 tbsp Green coriander.
- 2 Green chillies.
- 1 tsp grated Ginger.
- ½ tsp Turmeric powder.
- 1 tsp Coriander powder.
- ½ tsp Cumin seeds.
- 1 pinch Asafoetida
- ½ tsp Red chilly powder.
- 1 tsp Salt.
Instructions
- Soak Daal for 30 minutes.
- Prepare masala
- Pressure cook Daal with 2 cup water for 7 minutes.
