Arhar Dal

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Arhar Dal (170 gm).
  • 2 Tomatos.
  • 1 Onion.
  • 3 tbsp Oil.
  • 3 tbsp Green coriander.
  • 2 Green chillies.
  • 1 tsp grated Ginger.
  • ½ tsp Turmeric powder.
  • 1 tsp Coriander powder.
  • ½ tsp Cumin seeds.
  • 1 pinch Asafoetida
  • ½ tsp Red chilly powder.
  • 1 tsp Salt.

Instructions

  1. Soak Daal for 30 minutes.
  2. Prepare masala
  3. Pressure cook Daal with 2 cup water for 7 minutes.
