White Bread

Ingredients
- 1 1/8 cups warm milk (259 milliliters)
- 5 tbsp unsalted butter, softened (71 grams)
- 3 cups bread flour, not all purpose flour (360 grams)
- 1 1/2 tbsp white granulated sugar (19 grams)
- 1 tsp salt (6 grams)
- 1 tsp bread machine yeast (3 grams)
Instructions
- Put the ingredients in the bread machine in the order listed.
- Set the bread machine to the basic white bread setting.
- Press start.
Notes
Made for bread machine. Use bread flour specifically, not all-purpose flour.
