Ajwain Cookies

Ingredients
- 360g (3 cups) all purpose flour
- 282g (2 1/2 sticks) melted unsalted butter
- 140g (3/4 cup) sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tbsp ajwain
Instructions
- Mix everything to form a dough.
- Make small cookie shapes and keep them on a baking tray.
- Bake for 15 minutes at 370°F, or until light brown.
- Let them cool down and enjoy!
Notes
Ajwain (carom seeds) gives these cookies a unique flavor.
