Ajwain Cookies

Prep Time: 30 minutes | Cook Time: 30 minutes | Servings: 60 cookies

Ingredients

  • 360g (3 cups) all purpose flour
  • 282g (2 1/2 sticks) melted unsalted butter
  • 140g (3/4 cup) sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tbsp ajwain

Instructions

  1. Mix everything to form a dough.
  2. Make small cookie shapes and keep them on a baking tray.
  3. Bake for 15 minutes at 370°F, or until light brown.
  4. Let them cool down and enjoy!

Notes

Ajwain (carom seeds) gives these cookies a unique flavor.
